Our Refund Policy We can only issue a refund or supply if the item is lost if deleted.
we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, you must email our support with a comprehensive description of the fault and indicate the version of the IMVU™ client you are using as well as the operating system used. Alternatively, you can connect to Live support and get support. You can open a ticket for a refund in our support section and make sure you include an accurate description of your issue and the operating system you are using our products on.
Products not purchased from our site are not within the scope of return. Please provide the order number you received at the time of purchase when requesting a refund. Your order number can be found in the email you received from us when placing your order or by logging into our website and viewing your order history.
Additional non-refundable items: Accounts Gift Cards There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are given: If you have been sent a non-working item code, you can request a refund. Used products cannot be returned.
If the products are deleted or removed, we supply, if we do not supply, we refund.
If you also wish to purchase a replacement product, you may be given a store coupon that gives you a discount on newly purchased products.
